This project involves a 13,600-square-foot renovation of an occupied building to create the new Loveland Youth Campus, a shared community space designed to support children, families, and local nonprofits. The renovation adds 11 new classrooms, bathrooms, exterior exits, a laundry room, and a playground, expanding the building’s capacity to serve a wide range of programs and age groups. In addition to these new spaces, the project includes updated finishes throughout, with fresh carpet and paint to create a warm and welcoming environment for children and staff alike. Working within an occupied facility required careful coordination and safety planning. The team managed the renovation around existing utilities, maintained active operations, and implemented water and erosion control measures to ensure the site remained safe and compliant throughout construction. This project is an effort between United Way of Larimer County, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, and Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center.
